• Full lawn care for your unit is provided, including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, shrub and tree pruning, fertilization, pest control, cleanup and irrigation services.
• The association’s preferred vendor will install mulch on a regular basis.
• The association’s preferred vendor will conduct regular, system-wide irrigation inspections.
• Service requests received by the association will be immediately directed to the association’s preferred vendor for corrective action.
